Went to Funasdalen this weekend and it was very cheap because only a few slopes were open. If you go to the beautiful coast of sunnmøre (much nicer place than trøndelag!!) you can get a pass for: Strandafjellet, Fjellsetra, Stryn, Stordal and Harpefossen. You need a car, but if the snow is good you wont get any better value for money in Norway if you want to ride pow.
