Odde and me went over to Portland OR last weekend, for the Airblaster sales meeting. We were just hanging around in Portland for a few days, and met a lot of very nice people. Every time I meet the Airblaster-dudes, I just can’t help but loving the company even more. They are just a bunch of solid, honest, fun people who love our fun little activity called snowboarding more than anyone I’ve ever met. If you could wrap up the essence of snowboarding (or at least what I mean it should be), you would get Airblaster. It’s as simple as that. We need companies like them to keep snowboarding fun. So if you are like me and don’t want to see Monster-ish companies who don’t even care for snowboarding take control of it, support the real companies in the future. They are the ones who love snowboarding. And besides, their stuff looks much better anyway!

Anyways… We had a great time there, socializing, drinking Portland’s finest brews, eating Portland’s best food, and in general just observing Portland’s finest! We saw the new line as well, I can’t show you anything, but I can assure you next year is gonna be awesome!!

On our last day we went up to Mt Hood with Jesse (AB-owner) and Melissa(designer) and rode at Timberline. Thanks to Ricky for passes, Jesse and Melissa for taking us there and being so nice to us. So good to snowboard again!
